Midwinter Birds Colouring Print
I hope you’re all starting to wind down for the Christmas break - or, more likely, buying last minute presents and working out what to feed the family vegetarian (just give us more potatoes, it’s all we want). No matter how hard we try, the festive season can always be a bit frantic. Even planning the logistics of family visits can be mental, especially if you have siblings, grandparents, divorced parents and parents-in-law scattered all over the place!
With that in mind, I thought I’d offer a small and simple gift to (hopefully) enjoy over the Christmas break. It’s a printable colouring sheet featuring three of my favourite winter birds - a waxwing, robin and goldcrest - surrounded by stars, rowan berries, rosehips and pinecones. Colouring is proven to help relax the mind and calm chaotic situations, so I hope this little illustration brings you a few moments of chill over the next few weeks.
