One of the nice things about pregnancy being so bloody exhausting is that all I want to do most evenings is have a hot shower, treat my bump to my favourite Lush massage bar, and sink into a book until sleep consumes me. Heaven! The last few days of thunderstorms and heavy rain have made this particularly enjoyable; now we’re in September I am fully surrendering to the cosy autumn vibes, my favourite season of all.

Here’s what I’ve been reading over the last few weeks - I’ve neglected nature writing recently in favour of some other non-fiction and a few juicy novels. I’m trying to find the courage to start writing fiction soon so I’m really enjoying diving into some brilliant stories. I’ve also just ordered Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus because everyone tells me it’s fab.
