Illustrating Avocado Anxiety by Louise Gray

This week, my friend and fellow author Louise Gray launches her second book Avocado Anxiety with Bloomsbury, which is all about the journey our food takes before it arrives on our plate. Her first book The Ethical Carnivore was really well received and won lots of awards - she spent a year sourcing all her own meat and fish in the pursuit of finding out what ‘ethical’ carnivorism might look like. This one is another brilliant read, meticulously researched and very eye-opening, but I’m particularly excited to share it with you guys as I also drew the chapter illustrations!
